Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges as a general policy. In rare and genuine cases, returns may be approved at our discretion. If approved, return pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed online only (original payment method for prepaid orders; UPI/bank details required for postpaid orders).
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective book, we’re happy to help with a replacement.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (maximum 3 days).
Replacement is applicable only for:
Severe spine damage (pages coming apart)
More than 2 misprinted, torn, missing, or unreadable pages
Not covered:
Minor dents, corner bends, or light cover scratches
Damage to outer boxes of book sets
For book sets, only the damaged book(s) will be replaced—not the full set—unless the entire set and box are damaged in transit.
Product Check
We recommend inspecting your order at delivery and making an unboxing video to help us resolve issues quickly if needed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation or address changes are not possible.
Missing or Wrong Books
If you receive a wrong or missing book, inform us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll resend the correct book at no extra cost or refund the amount if the book is unavailable.
